What we offer to the Travel Trade?

Visit Helsinki promotes Helsinki as a tourist and congress destination and provides information about the region's travel services.

We work closely with the travel trade to further develop of the city and what it has to offer for its visitors. We can also help organize familiarization tours for travel trade and media.

Our services to the travel trade

The Helsinki Agent’s Manual for travel industry professionals showcases the main travel suppliers and travel products in Helsinki.

We produce a range of brochures. Order or download Marketing Material free of charge - such as the Helsinki Visitors Guide (in 11 languages).

Visit Helsinki Material Bank offers high-res pictures, videos and presentation texts.

Find the latest statistics & research data and what’s new on Helsinki’s tourism plan. Subscribe also to our monthly Visit Helsinki newsletter.

We plan programmes for FAM and Media trips to Helsinki together with representatives of Visit Finland or other partners. Visit Helsinki is responsible for land arrangements within Helsinki (excluding accommodation costs). Each visit and its content are considered case by case with partners. Travel trade representatives receive an information kit, which includes information material and public transport tickets or Helsinki Cards. Contact: tourist.fam@hel.fi.

Visit Helsinki provides information, advice and assistance to tour operators and travel agents as well as plan and coordinate campaigns in domestic and international target markets. Contact: tourist.marketing@hel.fi.

Helsinki Tourist Information in the city center and airport offers free information and material about the city and its sights, events and services.
