Mariehamn – the port of the last windjammers
Mariehamn is the capital of The Åland Islands, situated in the heart of the Baltic Sea, between Sweden and Finland. Once the port of the world’s largest sailing-ship fleet, Mariehamn boasts with a genuine island culture and strong maritime heritage.
