Learn tall ship sailing skills on board schooner Inga-Lill

Schooner Inga-Lill is a ship made of pine wood, tar and linseed oil. She is a unique sailing ship from the first half of 20th century. The new crew will learn to sail her while taking part in steering, navigating and different manoeuvres. For the accepted crew members there will naturally be the daily rum tot, not to forget the special archipelago delicacies served by the dinner in the saloon later in the evening.

Schooner Inga-Lill is a traditional 115-foot (34 m) Finnish sailing cargo vessel that used to sail stones, sand, timber and other products from the islands for almost 50 years. Now she is totally restored and her task is to keep the unique archipelago sailing traditions alive for many years to come.
